A 6-week course on harnessing the power of the music we listen to.

  • You don't consider yourself a musician but are passionate about music.

  • You consider yourself a musician and want to learn more about mindful music practices.

What is this course about?

Week 1 we'll explore the science behind how music affects our mood.

Week 2 we'll create playlists for mood management, reflecting on our mental states both before and after.

Week 3 will be focused on music for relaxation, and how we can allow ourselves to release what does not serve us.

Week 4 will cover mindfulness techniques and how we can utilize them when listening to our music.

Week 5 we'll be re-writing lyrics to better serve our experiences.

Week 6 will be a wrap up and reflection week.

What is included?

  • 6 pre-recorded videos on each week's topic.

  • 6 in-person 1-hour Zoom discussion calls.

  • 24/7 access to a supportive Facebook group to discuss and ask questions.

  • Weekly worksheets for reflection on each exercise.
